BALTIMORE TROLLEY TOUR

Exclusively departing from and returning to the Baltimore Visitor Center for about 90 minutes

TROLLEY TOURS RETURN ON MARCH 15, 2013

Tours depart daily 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. from directly outside the Baltimore Visitor Center, 401 Light Street, at Conway & Light Streets, March 15 throuch November 15.

Relax and enjoy the ambiance of a San-Francisco style climate-controlled trolley tour around the City of Baltimore, as an officially trained and experienced guide from the Baltimore National Heritage Area, tells you about the little known stories about Baltimore and how the small towns on the water grew into the great metropolitan city that it is today.

Discover the neighborhoods, theater and arts districts, and shopping areas of our wonderful City.

See the street on which President Lincoln traveled through Baltimore in the dead of night on his way to Washington, DC, for his presidential inauguration, and the site where the first blood of the American Civil War was spilled in 1861. Pass historic buildings and sites and hear about how they fit into the history and growth of Baltimore.

Any visit to Baltimore would be incomplete without seeing Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine, where Francis Scott Key saw the flag that so inspired him to write a poem that became our national anthem during the War of 1812.

Special events may affect scheduling.
