In Baltimore, the War of 1812 is synonymous with the bombardment of Fort McHenry, the Battle of North Point, and the writing of the Star-Spangled Banner. Less well known is the story of Fell’s Point and the pivotal role played, on land and at sea, by its shipbuilders, sea captains, carpenters, innkeepers, laborers seamstresses and militia companies.
Period costumed Preservation Society certified guides and/or local historians lead all of our tours..

Departing from the Fell's Point Visitor Center at 1724 Thames Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21231
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure time at the Fell;s Point Visitor Center. Please arrive one hour early to the Baltimore Visitor Center to pick up your tickets in order to give yourself time to travel from the Inner Harbor to Fell's Point.
